 　　ベランダのプランターで育ているルッコラの葉がかなり大きくなってきた。そこで一部収穫して、生でサラダにして食べている。

　　さらには本日初めて、アフタヌーンサンドウイッチにルッコラの葉を使うことにした。

　　プランターからは間引く要領で葉を収穫し、水洗してサンドウイッチ用とした。

　　サンドウィッチの作り方は今までと同じで、ルッコラの他に、卵風豆腐、人参ラぺ、梅酢玉ねぎ、レタスなどを使う。

　　午後三時過ぎに、アフタヌーンサンドウイッチとして味わった。ルッコラのちょっと辛みのある味が美味しく感じる。

　　自宅で取れる野菜を食べれるのは安全で、嬉しいことである。これからも、時にはルコッラ入りサンドウィッチを作るつもりである。
